TTCU Federal Credit Union

SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Privacy Disclosure

What these programs are

TTCU Federal Credit Union ("TTCU") operates text messaging programs to contact existing members regarding their accounts, including but not limited to: payment reminders and delinquency notices intended to help members resolve past-due loan balances or negative deposit account balances; two-way member service messaging for specific member requests; and TTCU-initiated contact regarding specific account servicing needs. This messaging is a service and account-servicing communication, not a marketing or promotional program.

Consent to receive these text messages is given by members under the TTCU Membership and Account Agreement, executed at account opening, which covers contact by text message, including for the purpose of collecting a debt or other obligation, from TTCU or agents performing services on TTCU's behalf.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and status. You may receive more than one message per month if your account requires ongoing servicing contact.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

Your mobile information is used solely to service your account and to administer this text messaging program, including by service providers acting on TTCU's behalf under confidentiality and data-use obligations to TTCU.
